Where a registered social landlord has placed a contract with a main contractor to undertake a whole house refurbishment programme Dodd Group’s Property Care team steps in. Dodd Group Property Care offers a whole house M&E solution, taking care of all heating and electrical subcontract packages. Our collaborative approach to successfully delivering high volume programmes has ensured a high level of customer retention and indeed our contribution begins at bid stage when we ensure the most cost effective solutions are proposed.
