Wins for the South West
Dodd Group's South West Projects Team has been successful in securing the MEP package for the new CAMHS unit located in Bodmin Cornwall. This project has been secured by Interserve on the P22 framework with the support from their supply chain to help them generate a GMP. This will be the only child adolescent mental health service South West of Bristol and will be a well-received additional resource by the local NHS.
The South West team has also been engaged by Midas construction to deliver the MEP services associated with the construction of a new state of the art Hi-Tech Centre at South Devon College. This project is a prestigious project for the college and will be delivered to BREEAM Excellent. This project is being delivered in the spirt of BIM-L2 which will allow the college to use this project and its model to demonstrate to students the benefits of utilising BIM-L2 and its collaborative advantages.
