During a weekly catch up with a furloughed colleague from our Nuneaton branch, it was brought to our attention that her elderly wheelchair-bound neighbour was unable to access one of the rooms in his house or his back garden. This was making his Covid-19 lock-down even tougher than it should be.... Our local specialist aids and adaptations team stepped in who measuring up and building 2 ramps at no cost to the gentleman by using surplus material, allowing him to access the room and garden. (Public Health England guidelines observed at all times.) Thank you to everyone involved for making his lock-down more bearable
