Dodd Group's Property Care team was celebrating this week with the news that its has secured a place on Efficiency East Midlands latest framework for Servicing, maintenance, periodic testing, and repair of gas, oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems, along with the installation of these systems.

Despite the competition from established businesses within the East Midlands, Dodd Group has been named as one of just four on the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire lot.

EEM is a not for profit organisation whose membership extends to 55 public sector organisations, mostly housing providers but also including universities, hospitals and emergency service organisations. EEM's priority is to support all members in their common goal - to provide efficiently delivered and high quality products and services to the communities they serve.
