Mental Health First Aider Training
Over two sessions, 31 members of our staff, including all of our Regional QHSE Managers, have been trained as Mental Health First Aiders, enabling them to support employees across our 19 branches in the UK.
The 2-day Adult Mental Health First Aid course, certified by MHFA England, was provided by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The course teaches in depth skills for providing first aid to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and psychosis.
This training forms part of Dodd Group's wider approach to employee wellbeing and was initially driven by Dodd Group's CSR Steering Group.
