Over 60 members of staff, including directors, senior management, contract managers and supervisors recently attended Mental Health Awareness Training delivered by the Electrical Industries Charity. The two hour session provided staff with an understanding of what mental health is, details of common issues, tips on how to look after their own mental health and the confidence to support other people who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
