As part of our on-going commitment to developing future talent, Dodd Group's HR Manager, Mary-Anne Clayton has been working with Sandwell Academy; assisting during their enrichment week. She writes "Holly Lewis (Bid Department) & I spent an utterly exhausting but hugely entertaining day with this lovely bunch - talking all things apprenticeships, looking for jobs, watching your social media footprint, prepping a CV, we covered STEM, Construction roles, Uni options & even threw in some hard core interview practice. The pupils were brilliant & really joined in."
