It's a Double for the South West Projects Team
The South West Projects Team is delighted to announce that it has secured two new projects this month, one of which is for a new customer for their region - ISG. ISG has appointed Dodd Group as the design and build MEP contractor for the North Devon Enterprise Centre (NDEC). The enterprise centre will be a multi-occupancy office space for new and existing small and medium businesses with potential for high growth. Dodd Group look forward to working with ISG, our design partner Services Design Solution (SDS), and valuable supply chain to deliver this fantastic facility the Devon County Council.
Dodd Group has also secured a project with Interserve Construction to deliver the MEP services associated with the new Glendinning House, SEN school in Newton Abbot. The school will provide 120 places for children aged between 7 to 19 years, with social communication and interaction needs including autism spectrum condition. Dodd Group is looking forward to delivering another successful project with Interserve Construction in the South West region.
