We are pleased to announce that our Employee of the Month awards are back. Since their re-launch in November we have had some excellent nominations, with the following winners being selected:

November:

Caroline (top left) was nominated for Projects & Group for her determination and dependability throughout the pandemic. Last year Caroline broke her leg, but she used her initiative to request a laptop and work from home and despite a recently broken wrist, she still delivered exceptional levels of support and administration.

Darren (top right) was the winner for Property Care. He was nominated for his excellent teamwork, dedication and loyalty to the company. During a period of short staff and recruitment for Electrical, Darren came to the rescue and cancelled two holidays to support Dodd Group with the backlog of work.

December:

Rebecca (bottom left) was nominated for Property Care. She has been with Dodd Group for four months, and in that time she has performed superbly in her role. Rebecca has gone the extra mile to learn the process, ensure our stats haven't slipped, and control our contract with Solihull.

James  (bottom right) was nominated for Projects & Group. He started with Dodd Group in October 2021 and has hit the ground running with a challenging live project. James was nominated for his excellent communication skills and 'can do' attitude, and for taking on the project with ease.
