Each year Dodd Group holds an Apprentice / Adult Trainee of the Year competition where staff from across the country are encouraged to nominate their best candidates. From a pool of over 100 trade and non-trade learners the competition is fierce. This year we are delighted to announce that the winner is Ashley Smith from our Bridgend Ashley received his prize from the Mayor of Bridgend. This is the second year in a row that a Bridgend apprentice has won this award
