The scope of works covers planned and reactive repairs, installations and maintenance across heating, air conditioning and ventilation and electrical services. This includes day-to-day servicing and repairs of:

• Air conditioning
• Air handling units
• Refrigeration plant
• Boilers
• Heating and hot water systems
• Cleaning equipment
• Catering equipment
• Distribution pipe work
• Heating controls

We have completed approximately 725 services since taking on the contract at a broad range of properties including schools, leisure centres, libraries, council buildings and offices. We have also completed approximately 268 minor works orders, including:

• Electric storage heater installs
• Emergency lighting installs
• Fire alarm installs
• Air conditioning system installs
• Full heating system upgrades/installs
• Water heater replacements
• Auto door remedials
• Electrical remedials and rewires

An additional programme for 19 BMS upgrades is currently being delivered also, adding approximately £400k to the overall contract spend. As part of our service provision, we provide an Out-Of-Hours callout service and have so far have completed around 118 out of hours orders.
