As an Arms Length Management Organisation Wolverhampton Homes manages homes on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.

From 2009 Dodd Group has provided annual gas and solid fuel appliance servicing, installation of CO2 alarms, and installation and testing of smoke detectors to 19,560 social housing properties. In addition, we clean system filters and supply and fit new condensafe cartridges.

We operate a dedicated office in Wolverhampton with a fully integrated IT system that allows deliverables to flow automatically from authorisation to completion without client intervention.
