Having fulfilled gas servicing for Stockport Homes since 2009, Dodd Group was awarded this service and maintenance contract for 8,750 homes (void and tenanted) through the Procure Plus framework in 2012.

Dodd Group supplies labour and all materials for Stockport Homes own IT systems, PDAs, vehicles, and appointment scheduling for gas safety checks / repairs.

This contract also includes checking and replacing smoke detectors heads and CO detectors for properties with communal or district heating systems.

Over 6 years Dodd Group has achieved 100% success in delivering against the Stockport Home’s obligation to provide LGSRs to their dwelling stock. In addition, 99.2% of safety checks are completed on first visit.
