St Margaret's School was extended and remodelled to accommodate an increased number of teaching spaces over 2 phases.

Phase 1 included the main school works to areas consisting of the Reception, Main Hall, Kitchen and Classrooms.

Phase 2 included the external lighting works.  New and altered M&E systems included heating, ventilation, gas, VRF HCWS, above ground drainage, lighting, small power, telephone & data, CCTV, security, fire alarm.
