An open book partnership since 2006 for planned and reactive repairs and maintenance of gas and electrical installations, including heating plant replacements, emergency lighting and electrical testing and inspections.
The contract covers 615 public buildings and commercial properties, including nurseries, primary schools, academies and further education establishments, offices and council-owned leisure facilities.
Following re-tendering in 2012, other UK-based public sector contracting organisations now benefit from the partnership arrangements. We now provide domestic and commercial M&E works for:
- Nuneaton and Bedworth BC
- Solihull Community Housing
- Tamworth BC
- Walsall Council
- Sandwell MBC
