Dodd Group has worked in partnership with STAR Housing since 2010, since that time we have secured further contracts including: electrical remedial works, installation of new CO and smoke alarms and replacement consumer units. We also carry out periodic electrical testing of void properties and communal areas. The contract covers approximately 4,200 properties across the Bridgnorth and Oswestry areas and is administered from our Birmingham office.

Our current customer satisfaction results at the end of 2015:

• 100% satisfied the work carried out to a good standard
• 100% satisfied that engineers were courteous, polite and respectful 
• 100% presented ID on arrival
• 100% explained the work in a way that they understood
• 100% completed the work in agreed timescale keeping them informed of any delay
• 99.02% satisfied overall
