This new build residential project comprises 24 one-bedroom social housing units in Plymouth city centre, split over four three-storey blocks. Of the 24 units, 12 were allocated for self-build by the ex-servicemen, six were for disabled people and six were for general needs affordable housing.

The scheme is a partnership between Devon and Cornwall Housing (DCH), the Community Self Build Agency (CSBA) and Plymouth City Council
