This project was an upper floor laboratory refurbishment included the stripout of existing and installation of new mechanical services. The installation mainly consisted of a completely new fume extract system serving 28no fume cupboards, along with the complex Phoenix specialist controls and new mechanical supply ventilation system. Remodelling of the bench laboratory gases, chilled water, heating, hot & cold water and drainage systems was also carried out as part of the works.
