iCentrum is a Birmingham City Centre multi purpose office, forming part of the Birmingham Business Park Innovation Centre.

The building comprises various shared and private office spaces, conference rooms, auditorium & kitchen / café area with a central atrium with high level windows providing a bright fresh environment.

Dodd Group was responsible for the Design & Installation of the complete M&E Package. The works included the full installation and provision of all electrical distribution, small power, general and feature lighting & fully integrated lighting control system, data networks, fire alarms and security services.

All of the buildings services are metered including individual office spaces: the offices are individually metered allowing the client to accurately bill the occupants for the energy they have used.
