We have been employed by Kier to develop the design, install and commission all MEP Services and Sprinkler Works on this project with an order value of £4.2M

Our work generally comprises a new build teaching block with site services interfacing with the existing primary and secondary schools along with phased enabling type work for the provision of carparking and integration of existing teaching blocks.

The new build has a net zero carbon requirement, and we've developed the scheme from stage 4 with Hoare Lea and Partners the incumbent MEP Services Consultant.

In consideration of this the MEP services design has been developed with specific focus on the inclusion of renewable energy type systems that include a large PV Array, Natural Ventilation Systems, Rainwater Harvesting and Air Source Heat Pumps as the primary form of heating and hot water services.

We commenced with Phase 1 carpark and bus stop works in Oct' 22 with phase 2 new build commencing a year later in Oct'23 for 32 weeks and currently scheduled for completion on 01.07.24 following on with phase 3 demolition and carparking for completion in Nov'24.

We are currently completing final fix works within the new build alongside the commencement of testing and commissioning, which is currently ongoing.
