Dodd Group secured this contract with EMH via Mini Competition on the EEM Framework for Heating and Hot Water in 2019. We are now in our fourth year of delivery.

The scope of works involves the delivery of Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump installations to residential properties across the East Midlands, as well as installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) to 3 blocks of flats including communal areas. Since starting the contract we have also taken on additional works for EMH, including 60 heat pumps installations p.a. for Warwickshire Rural HA and Northamptonshire Rural HA, both members of the EMH Group

As Mitsubishi-accredited installers, our engineers have Advanced Manufacturers Training, ensuring they understand all expected design standards for specific models.
