The winners for September's Employee of the Month have been chosen. The winner for Projects and Group is Carl Fuller and the winner for Property Care is Paula Morris.

Projects and Group – Carl Fuller

Carl was nominated by Adam Masih for displaying a great attitude, spirit and tenacity whilst managing a difficult project. During his management of this project, Carl faced issues with poor subcontractor performance, uncertainty of internal resources and the high expectations of an antagonistic client. Despite this, Carl has remained positive throughout, maintaining and emanating his composure onto his team. Adam has highlighted Carl's passion and commitment to the role as exemplary.

Property Care – Paula Morris

Paula was nominated by both Jason Allcock and James Kirby for her exceptional work on the Acivico contract. Despite having no prior experience in the industry, Paula has learned the role quickly, instilling an excellent team work ethic. Paula is well respected within her team due to her enthusiasm and commitment to the role. Paula has taken on the duties of staff who have left Dodd Group and has shown great commitment to training their replacements, providing invaluable help during this period of staff turnover.
