Congratulations to Sarah and Daniel for winning February Employee of the Month
Sarah – Projects
Sarah was nominated by Damion Pidgeon for recently taking on extra responsibilities. She has been administering the recent structural changes across Eastern Projects. She has also taken the responsibility for the coordination of certain documentation to ensure standard formats are being utilised by Northampton, Cambridge and Norwich Project offices. In addition, Sarah has been administering the tasks required to secure ISO9001 for the Northampton Projects office. Well done and thank you Sarah for all your hard work
Daniel – Property Care
After the departure of a member of staff from the Fabric division, Daniel helped the team with the extra work load this created. He has continued to provide valuable support to Andy Smith and the rest of the Fabric team, who have commended him for offering great support without hesitation. Jason, who nominated Dan, has commented how he has grown in confidence since being TUPE'd over to Dodd Group. Congratulations Dan
