The project involves the construction of a three-storey office, 10,000 sq/m state-of-the-art development to Cat A standard that incorporates a trapezoidal atrium, which will reach the full height of the building.
A feature glass and steelwork staircase will run two sides of the atrium, where raised access floors meet the exposed services.
The design is intended to meet the highest sustainability targets, including BREEAM Excellent and A Rated Energy performance Certificate (EPC) and has been designed to BIM Level 2.
