In addition to our Partnership with Warwickshire CC for planned and reactive M&E repairs and maintenance (including Out-Of-Hours) across 880 public buildings and commercial properties, we were asked to design and install solar PV for three buildings at the Lower House Farm site.

We installed Seraphim modules and Logic Energy monitoring systems. Office: 14.31 kWp system (54 x 265w modules), Shop: 3.975 kWp system (15 x 265w modules), Biffa Building: 19.08 kWp system (72 x 265w modules).

The Biffa Building (over 14m) required specialist scaffolding and lifting equipment, and a special enclosure to house the electrical equipment preventing possible water damage.

Specific local risks (skylights, continual traffic etc.) demanded specialist Fall and Arrest plans for working at height, RAMS, and safe access and egress timings.
