Dodd Group has previously worked with Walsall MBC and welcomed the opportunity to continue to deliver their commercial Mechanical and Electrical responsive and cyclical maintenance, and Property Compliance works to their 320No. public and commercial buildings. Two contracts were successfully secured and awarded to commence in April 2018.
Mechanical scope of work includes: D2D Responsive and Cyclical Maintenance, Gas Compliance, Minor Works and Out of Hours Response.
Electrical scope of work includes: D2D Responsive and Cyclical Maintenance, Minor Works, Fixed Wire Testing, Emergency Lighting and Out of Hours Response
