Dodd Group were responsible for carrying out the Landlords M&E Infrastructure services to a national distribution warehouse of approximately 1 million sq. ft. with ancillary office, hub office, security gatehouse, Refuse Recycling Unit with associated road, parking, amenity and landscape lighting and drainage including an offsite foul sewer facility.
The project involved the design and construction of landlords base build services including 1km of HV networks, 900mts main gas network, 1.6km mains water supplies, 1.8km fire hydrant pipeworks and associated pumping plant, heating, ventilation, lighting and small power for the internal base build fit out complete with full external amenity and landscape lighting.
