Dodd Group completed the refurbishment of Building 257 at RAF Marham changing its use from a former education centre to office accommodation for 110 occupants.
The building has been completely refurbished both internally and externally providing new roof, wall cladding and all internal fixtures and fittings. Strip out, removal and disposal of all existing internal fixtures and fittings, including but not limited to floor coverings, wall coverings, suspended and fixed ceilings, external wall panels, tiles and battens, windows, doors (external and internal), sanitaryware, partitioning systems and roof covering/finish.
