Dodd Group, working for Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) to a Bailey Partnership brief completed the installation of 121 heat interface units to each apartment and the renewal of the central boiler house within the 12 storey apartment block.
The complete installation was undertaken whilst occupied and Dodd group completed tenant liaison on behalf of PCH to enable coordination of the installation of the heat interface units.
The project was completed as a turnkey project with all builders work to each apartment being completed by Dodd Group.
The project was completed to very tight summer timetable.
