The refurbishment of Birmingham City Council’s principle administration building: the five-storey building, located in the centre of Birmingham, remained in use throughout the construction programme. Staff were relocated from floor to floor as work was carried out thereby avoiding any impact on efficiency of the Council.

This scheme was delivered over a 12 month period and all phased handovers were achieved in line with the client’s requirements.

Dodd Group demonstrated throughout this project the ability to maintain areas and deliver sectional handovers, while continuing to work in other areas.
