Dodd Group provided the design, supply, install and commission of electrical, mechanical and above ground drainage services for the new build GP surgery at Kirkley in Suffolk.

Built upon a Timber framed construction the facility comprises of fifteen consulting rooms, four treatment rooms, gym/therapy area, clean and dirty utility areas along with all necessary reception/waiting and administration areas.

Services are all built to be HTM compliant. Electrical systems include patient call, IT infrastructure and roof mounted photo voltaic system.

All systems are designed to provide capacity for a future extension and achieve BREEAM 'very good' rating.
