The completed project consisted of 175 junior ranks living accommodation units consisting of 36 bedroom en-suites per building over 5 Garrisons during a 2.5 year programme. The project achieved a BREEAM rating “Excellent”.

Dodd Group won the Safety First Always Annual Award Trade Contractor 2011 and was presented the award by the managing director of Aspire Defence Capital Works.
