The project build was procured under the North West Construction Hub Framework. The project had a 36 week M&E duration.
The new build college was a £5.5m construction project and included teaching spaces, creative arts centre, a learning resource areas, a public cafe and a Job Centre Plus for community use.
The 2,601sqm new facility included all aspects of mechanical and electrical energy efficient systems such as photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps, solar thermal for domestic hot water systems, natural ventilation and rainwater harvesting.
