Complete electrical and mechanical services installation and commissioning to provide infrastructure to accommodate prefabricated cell, kitchen, dining and recreational accommodation at HMP Wayland, Norfolk.

Scheme included standby power generation, water distribution, low voltage electrical, calor gas distribution, fire protection, general and cell alarms, Electronic security, and perimeter fence detection. 

The tender period and programme of works were extremely demanding but were successfully managed.

The first project of its kind in East Anglia.
